Our Leadership
The leadership structure at CHVRCH Newtown Square is comprised of Elders, Deacons, and Staff who seek to serve the church based on what we believe to be a biblical model and structure for local church leadership.
Lead Pastor
Tom Hudzina
Tom and his wife Danae have been with the CHVRCH family for the last ten years. They have three incredible sons, a dog named Ranger. Together they want to help others encounter Jesus, learning to be how to be rooted in His Word, gathering around his table, and led by His Spirit. Danae works as a Dental Hygienist at Welcome Dental and besides serving as our Lead Pastor Tom is also teaches as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Cairn University.
Associate Pastor
Ricky Ortiz
Ricky and his wife Leah joined the CHVRCH family three years ago. They have three beautiful children and love to spend time with family. Ricky is a graduate of Reformed Theological Seminary and while he is a killer piano player, is much better at preaching.
Elders

Paul Neal
Paul and his wife Liz have been part of the CHVRCH family for over a decade. They have three adult children, a few cats, and love to spend time with friends over meals. Paul currently serves as Senior Fellow at Center for the Advancement of Christian Education at Dordt College.

Greg Kozub
Greg and his wife Carrie have been part of the CHVRCH family for the last five years. Greg and Carrie have three beautiful daughters, love watching women's collegiate softball, and enjoy serving alongside one another in kids ministry. Greg currently serves as a Senior Technical Manager at Corporation Service Company.

Mike Lynch
Mike and his wife Carly jumped in with the CHVRCH family a little over four years ago. Mike and Carly have three incredible boys ad live right here in Newtown Square. Mike is a partner with Lynch Investment Planning, is active in the surrounding community, and continues to serve his country as a Major in the Army Reserve.

Mitch Peiffer
Mitch and his wife Kara have been with the CHVRCH family for the last four years. They have three young children and love being involved in the life of our church. Graduating from Carin University with a degree in Business and Administration and Biblical Studies, Mitch currently works as a Finance Manager at Liberty Healthcare Corporation.

Brian Tuttle
Brian and his wife Trish have been with the CHVRCH family for the last five years. When they're not hanging out with their family you can either find them at Orange Theory, the Jersey Shore, or serving alongside one another on Sunday mornings. Brian currently works with SAP as a Director for their Fieldglass division.
Deacons

Andrew Meglathery
Andrew and his wife Katelyn have been with the church family for the last three years. Andrew loves Jesus, working with people, and working with people who love what they do. Andrew currently works with Allstate as a lead expert in auto product data and analytics. You'll be in good hands with Andrew.

Amy Videon
Amy and her husband Matthew have been with the CHVRCH family for almost ten years. Amy loves to serve wherever she's needed but most of the time she's needed at home with her four wonderful kids. A graduate of West Chester University, Amy once served as a Marketing and Communications Coordinator for the USTA.

Meg Patton
Meg has been with our CHVRCH family from the very beginning. You can find Meg at almost every major CHVRCH function serving behind the scenes making sure everything is organized and ready to go. Meg loves Jesus, has a servants heart. She currently works as the Clinical Manager for Siepser Eyecare.

Tim Sanville
Operations
Tim and his wife Brooke have been with the CHVRCH family for nearly ten years. They have two young boys and are proud graduates of Penn State University. Brooke is an elementary school teacher at Delaware County Christian School and Tim ensures that our building is used to its full missional potential, seeking to improve day-to-day experiences for our tenants and CHVRCH members.

Gabriel Fowler
Connections
Gabriel and his wife Sarah joined the CHVRCH family just over two years ago. He and his wife Sarah have two beautiful young children and a dog. While Sarah serves as the Women's Basketball Head Coach for Eastern University, Gabriel serves on our Connections and Hospitality staff. He's an incredible chef and has a heart for connecting others with Jesus.

Maggie Erne
Kids CHVRCH Administrative Assitant
Maggie and her husband Brendan have been with the CHVRCH family for the past three years. While both she and Brendan have quite a reputation for being gifted athletes, around here it's their love for Jesus and serving that gets peoples attention. Maggie serves on staff alongside our Kids CHVRCH team leaders to help create an organized and welcoming space where children can learn about Jesus and grow in their faith, both on Sunday mornings and beyond with their families.
